Since its inception in 2006, the Central Govan Action Plan has generated a multitude of projects, all aimed at making central Govan attractive, vibrant and prosperous. Many of these projects are complete, others are being implemented, and some are on our wish list, like the development of Water Row as an inspiring new riverside destination. From multi-million pound housing developments to public art installations, archaeological excavations to a lovely new pedestrian bridge reconnecting Govan with the north bank of the Clyde, the project variety is enormous as is the number of people and organisations involved in implementing them.
